Kick off Event
Saturday, Feb. 29, 10am-2pm
(bring a lunch)
This annual Lenten ministry serves girls around the world by sewing simple dresses decorated with items girls can use in other ways (such as buttons, hair ribbons, etc.)
This ministry combats sex trafficking by partnering with missionaries and social workers in the U.S. and around the world. The dresses make the girls more identifiable as people who are noticed and watched over.
Come to this event and you will learn how you can be a part of a ministry that can change a young girl's destiny through a new dress.
YOU DON'T NEED TO SEW TO BE A PART OF THIS LIFE CHANGING MINISTRY!
Dress A Girl…those who donate, sew, cut, wrap, mail and organize (doing) give girls around the world a dress they can call their very own, perhaps their first new dress. Did you know? Girls are safer from trafficking and other harms when wearing this dress. Learn more here.
